Kathi Mann is an interior designer and allied member of ASID, with over 25 years of experience. Starting out as a staff designer at Los Gatos Porch, she worked with such luminaries in the industry as David Stonesifer and Larry Arzie, Kathi has gone on to build her own full service design firm, one that reflects her extensive experience and wide scope of styles from classical to modern.

Kathi views the design and creation of beautiful home environments as her life’s work, having come from three generations of designers and builders. Her love of all things related to home construction have also led her to work with charitable causes as Habitat for Humanity and Long Way Home in Guatemala.

Services at Fanelli Mann Design include interior architecture, new home construction, renovations, furnishings, as well as decoration. Every project is a collaboration that is individually tailored to each clients unique needs.
